We are excited to bring to the public a fantastic Manor house situated near Birmingham. The house has an exciting history. Originally being one of the Cadbury families holiday home. Then, during World War II, The Salvation Army was allowed to create a refugee for children. From that point on the house has always had a social purpose. For many years, it has been run by a Community for Reconciliation and now the responsibility and owner for maintaining a building and its purpose has been taken on by the Green House Project.

The GreenHouse at Barnes Close will give people from the local area, who haven’t had the opportunity to learn new skills such as leadership and community regeneration so they can take them back to their communities and help them prosper.

Glamping with us will help support this project and also help maintain a Barnes Close manor house. So with staying with us you get a nice relaxing escape in the Worcestershire countryside, whilst also knowing that you are helping us build a more resilient community.

You can find out more about the GreenHouse Community by visiting their Facebook Page.
